Cancellations made up to three days in advance will be refundable at 100% of the amount paid to date. No refund will be made if canceled less than 72 hours before the day booked. In case of cancellation of the trip by us, due to the impossibility of providing the initially confirmed services, you will be notified immediately of the decision, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. This includes cancellation of the trip up to one day before for reasons of some climatic phenomenon that puts the completion of the trip at risk.
In the event of a new epidemiological outbreak (covid-19 or other) or of any disease that puts public health at risk and prevents the reserved activity from being carried out, 100% of the total paid will be refunded.
